Shared chats

A shared chat is the same negotiation seen by both parties: you and the people taking part see the same order lines, tasks and payments.

Full participation for both parties#

• Every member can add, edit and delete order lines, tasks and payments — not just the owner.
• Every change is saved instantly: when the other party opens or refreshes the chat, they see the latest version.
• Chats with news since your last visit appear in bold in the chats list.

Member-only access#

Access is strict: someone who isn't a member of a chat can't see it, not even with a direct link. Only the people invited take part in the negotiation.
