When Ramon doesn't answer

Every now and then Ramon (the assistant) can't answer: the service behind it may be busy or return an empty reply. It's temporary and you don't lose anything.

A notice in the conversation#

When it happens, a red error message appears right in the conversation, in your language. There's no special recovery step: just send your message again and, almost always, it works the second time.

Meanwhile, everything keeps working#

An assistant hiccup never blocks your work: you can keep adding and editing order lines, tasks and payments by hand while Ramon recovers.
