Ramon in shared chats
Ramon (the assistant) doesn't only work in your own chats: it also helps you in chats you were invited to, just as if you made the changes by hand.
It works where you work#
- In a shared chat you can ask Ramon to update order lines, tasks or payments, exactly like the owner would.
- It doesn't matter who created the chat: if you're a member, Ramon can work in it for you.
Your identity, your permissions#
- Ramon always acts under your identity: the other party sees the changes as yours.
- It has exactly your permissions, not one more: it can only touch chats you're a member of.
- If you ask for something beyond your reach, it refuses and explains with a message in the conversation.
Your own budget#
Each person has their own monthly Ramon budget. Using Ramon in someone else's chat draws on yours, not theirs — and the other way around: what others do never spends your allowance.
