Inviting people to a chat

Any member of a chat can invite other people — you don't have to be the owner. The invitation is a QR code and a link that are always ready on the members tab.

The QR code and the invitation link#

Open the chat and go to the members tab: there you'll find the invitation QR code and its shareable link. Show the code to the other person, or send them the link through whatever channel you prefer.

• Whoever follows the link and signs in is added to the chat.
• If it's their first time in Ramon, their company workspace is created automatically and they receive a welcome email.
• If they already use Ramon, they simply gain access to the chat.

What happens when they join#

• Both sides automatically get a contact: you appear in their contacts and they appear in yours.
• The invited person joins with the role complementary to yours: if you're the seller, they come in as the buyer — and they can change it later.
