The month's financial health

The financial health card on the home screen gives you the month's money picture — summing all the chats of your company workspace — without opening a single one.

What the card shows#

• The date range of the month it's summing.
• The month's net position, in large type: green when positive, red when negative.
• In: the money you collect this month, shown as “settled / total”.
• Out: the money you pay this month, also shown as “settled / total”.

Settled versus total#

In each pair of figures, the first is what's already settled — the payments already marked as completed — and the second is the month's total. The difference is what's still left to collect or to pay.

The month's cash picture at a glance#

One look tells you whether the month is running positive or negative and how much money is still to move, without going chat by chat.
