Talking to Ramon

Ramon (the assistant) is always one tap away: wherever you are in the app, a floating pink button sits at the bottom of the screen, ready to help you with your negotiations.

Opening the assistant#

• Tap the floating pink button and the Ramon popup opens on top of whatever you're viewing.
• You can continue a previous conversation: Ramon remembers what you were talking about and picks up the thread.
• Or start a new conversation with the "+" button, for example to change topics.

Writing and reading replies#

Type your message like in any chat and send it. Ramon's reply appears live, word by word, as it writes.

• If the reply runs long and you already have what you need, a stop button lets you interrupt it.
• You can keep asking in the same conversation: Ramon keeps the context of what you've already discussed.

Seeing what changed#

When Ramon makes changes for you — for example, adding an order line — a short "what changed" block appears under its reply. Expand it to see the affected chats and items.

Close the popup and you're back exactly where you were, with Ramon's changes already reflected on screen.
