Joining Ramon via invitation
Ramon is invitation-only: there is no self-signup. You join when someone who already uses Ramon — typically a client or a supplier who wants to negotiate with you — sends you an invitation link.
Invitation only#
There is no sign-up page. If you want to use Ramon, ask someone who already uses it to invite you to a chat: the invitation is the way in.
Your first sign-in#
The invitation link takes you to a sign-in page where you can authenticate with your email and a password, or with your Google account. The first time you sign in:
- Your company workspace is created automatically — there is nothing to set up.
- You are added to the chat you were invited to.
- You receive a welcome email confirming everything is ready.
After you join#
From that point on you can be invited to more chats, and you can invite other people into the chats you take part in.
